Julia, AdOperator: Hi there! It’s great to connect. How’s everything going at LeadRock as we wrap up 2024?
Nicholas, LeadRock: Hi, Julia! Thanks for having us it’s been a dynamic year, full of both challenges and accomplishments. We’re excited to share some highlights and plans for what’s coming next. Let’s dive in!
Julia, AdOperator: Reflecting on 2024, how would you evaluate the year? Which GEOs are currently your main focus, and do you have plans to expand into new territories in 2025?
Nicholas, LeadRock: 2024 has been a rollercoaster year for us. External factors like elections shaped a lot of our activities, especially in Latin America, which has been our primary focus. We’re currently active in six countries in the region, but we faced challenges like currency fluctuations and economic instability.
The first half of the year was outstanding we set records for traffic and ROI. But mid-year, we ran into some Facebook-related issues that slowed us down for a while. Fortunately, things have stabilized, and we’re back to normal traffic volumes.
We’re particularly excited about December, as we’re officially launching a new GEO Spain marking our first step into Europe. In 2025, we plan to expand deeper into European markets while also targeting new, high-potential GEOs that align with our growth strategy and benefit our partners.

Julia, AdOperator: What traffic sources have been the most effective for Nutra in 2024? And what do you think will drive success in the coming year?
Nicholas, LeadRock: One of the biggest breakthroughs this year has been Video Sales Letter (VSL) promos. These 30-minute video presentations are incredibly effective at engaging audiences, warming them up, and driving strong purchase conversions.
The use of artificial intelligence in creating these videos has been a game-changer. With AI-powered video editing tools, we’ve been able to craft highly engaging, professional-grade content that delivers exceptional results.
Looking ahead, we believe VSL promos will remain a dominant trend, especially as we expand into Europe. We encourage all our partners to explore this approach because the market is clearly moving in this direction.
Julia, AdOperator: Your team is the heart of your success. Can you share a bit more about the people behind LeadRock?
Nicholas, LeadRock: Absolutely! We’ve been operating since 2017 as a partnership network with direct advertisers. Over the years, we’ve grown into a tight-knit team of around 50 talented individuals, working both in-office and remotely.
Our team’s diversity allows us to stay flexible and innovative. We’re always open to new ideas and eager to welcome fresh talent to LeadRock. Collaboration is key to everything we do, and it’s our people who drive the company’s continued success.
Julia, AdOperator: That’s amazing! It sounds like you’ve built a strong foundation and a dynamic team that’s ready to tackle any challenge.
Julia, AdOperator: What will be your primary focus for 2025?
Nicholas, LeadRock: Our main focus will be Europe. We’re not just looking to expand geographically but also to optimize our partnerships with the top-performing teams. This means providing them with custom creatives, detailed analytics, and tailored offers to maximize their potential.
The industry is evolving, and solo affiliates are finding it tougher to compete. Many are coming together to form media-buying teams that resemble full-scale agencies. These teams produce top-notch creatives and robust analytics, which enable them to scale effectively. We’re here to support that shift and provide the tools they need to succeed.
Julia, AdOperator: That’s an exciting direction! Europe is a promising market, and with your support, we’re sure those teams will thrive.
Julia, AdOperator: Any standout offers or campaigns from 2024 you’d like to highlight?
Nicholas, LeadRock: Of course! Three key offers stood out for us:
Diamed in Mexico, known for its competitive pricing;
Volumin in Chile, which performed exceptionally well;
D-norm in Guatemala, a consistent winner in the region.
These campaigns underscore our ability to deliver tailored solutions that address local market needs while driving results for our partners.

Julia, AdOperator: What are LeadRock’s broader goals for 2025?
Nicholas, LeadRock: Stability is our top priority, both globally and within the Latin American market. Political and economic fluctuations often pose challenges, and we hope 2025 will bring a calmer landscape.
We also aim to make the market more accessible for everyone, including solo affiliates who are finding it harder to compete. Our plan is to not only help our partners create VSL promos but also provide these promos directly, making it easier for them to acquire traffic and scale their efforts.
Julia, AdOperator: That’s a fantastic initiative. Simplifying traffic acquisition and supporting affiliates will undoubtedly make the market more inclusive and sustainable.
